• Record your thoughts about what it is like to go to your doctor visits? What was your first visit like?

• What was it like seeing your baby for the first time while having an ultrasound? Who all was with you that day?
• What was the first pregnancy book you bought, to learn about pregnancy? How did it help you?
• Record the little moments on video, like when you first heard the baby’s heartbeat, the baby kicking, etc. Save these pregnancy diary questions and videos in the baby time capsule.
• What were some of your food cravings?
• What all did the father do to provide for you during your pregnancy?
• How did you feel most of the time during your pregnancy? What were your symptoms, of being pregnant?
• Who was the first person, you did not tell, that realized you were pregnant?
• When is the first time you noticed your belly growing?
