Steps to Make an “Any Occasion” DIY Time Capsule

1. Create several snapshot photos of your life or occasion, for future generations.
2. Collect items from everyday life, or print photos from the internet of topics and stories trending. For information stored on digital media (like anything video or audio). Include a means to access to it in the future.
3. Set a retrieval date 10 to 50 years from now.
4. Ask friends and family to help gather significant items for your time capsule.
5. Find a location where the time capsule can be stored. Since the “Any Occasion” DIY Time Capsule is meant to be decorative, you can place it on shelves, fireplace mantles, entertainment centers, or other decorative cabinets. Please do not bury this time capsule. These are not meant to be buried. These unique time capsules are meant to be artistic and a great conversation piece.
6. Register your Time Capsule on our website, and then go on with your daily life trying to forget about the Time Capsule.
